Some scientists think that since humans are at the pinnacle of existence, they should also have the greatest number of genes.
But as you can see, that is not the case.
The C-Value Paradox: Does Having A Larger Genome Make An Organisms More Complex? - https://www.scienceabc.com/pure-sciences/the-c-value-paradox-does-having-a-larger-genome-make-an-organisms-more-complex.html
The C-value paradox is the size of the genome (the amount of DNA)
doesn’t correlate with how complex an organism is. In other words, the
C-value paradox means that a larger genome doesn’t always lead to more
complexity.
"The evolution from microscopic life, like bacteria and archaea, to larger and more multiplex life, like humans, requires more information and therefore more DNA." Not true!
DNA is not information about survival prowess as it is about humour, or shall I say, about aesthetics.
The universe is ultimately a painting.
The problem with this scientistic logic is that, it does not admit that the universe is art.
It cannot delegitimise or discredit itself by handing over its reign to an artistic God, which is an admission of failure.
In the minds of scientists, the explanation that must be upheld at all cost, at any cost, is the "process" of evolution and not intelligently artistic design.
Evolution is a cult that binds together unbelief in the metaphysical realm and fanatically destroys all that opposes it even though the evidence is not on their side.
